1. What This Application Does

Thryv Marketing Solutions LLC ("Thryv," "we," "us," or "our") is a Miami, Florida based digital marketing agency. This application uses the Google Ads API to manage Google Ads accounts and campaigns on behalf of the clients who engage us to run their advertising.

Specifically, the application is used to:

  • Create, edit, pause, and organize Google Ads campaigns and ad groups
  • Adjust bids, budgets, keywords, and negative keywords
  • Retrieve campaign performance metrics for reporting and optimization
  • Apply account management tasks that we would otherwise perform by hand inside the Google Ads interface

2. How We Access Google Data

The application accesses Google Ads data only through advertising accounts that our clients own and have explicitly authorized us to manage, typically by linking their account to our Google Ads manager account or granting access directly.

We connect using Google OAuth. The application requests only the Google Ads scope required to operate those advertising accounts. It does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google user data, and it does not access any account that a client has not authorized.

3. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure

Thryv Marketing Solutions' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google Ads data solely to provide and improve the advertising management services our clients have engaged us for. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising to third parties, we do not transfer it except as required to provide the service or to comply with the law, and we do not allow humans to read it except where necessary for operating the service, for security, or where required by law and with the client's consent.
